1. Delivery can occur anytime between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM. If the delivery is missed, you can reschedule via the courier's website.
2. All items are sent via 'Signed for' service due to their value. If you want them left in a safe place or with a neighbor, please leave a note at checkout before payment.

     3.   If you've ordered the wrong item by mistake, please do not refuse the delivery.       This could lead to extra charges on our side. Instead, accept the item, open a return request on Shopify, and you'll receive a return label from us to send the item back.

Orders placed before 1 PM Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day. FREE NEXT DAY DELIVERY is only available for the UK Mainland.

Returns must be in original condition and unmounted. We cannot refund items in full if there are missing labels or showing signs of fitment.
